This article describes how to troubleshoot Date & Time screen error.
"Date & Time settings" screen:
1. Tap "Date & Time settings".
2. Make sure the 2 boxes are checked.
3. Make sure you're connected to the internet.
4. If you're still in the "Date & time settings" screen tap "skip".
5. Make sure you can receive mobile content to the mobile queue:
You can send ripples from the mobile app.
6. Turn off and back on:
Press the power button until the white light turns off.
