This article describes what to do in case Pod Setup procedure is not improving the Print Quality, see the following image as an example:
Before Advanced Pod Setup
Before you start the process please make sure the pod is clean & undamaged:
- Make sure the pod is not damaged:
- Make sure the bottom of the pod is not clogged:
On the side menu, tap "Advanced":
Follow the on-screen tutorial, make sure:
Use an empty cup
The Ripple Maker tray will go up and down 3 times.
After the Advanced Pod Setup finishes, the Ripple Maker instructs you to perform the Pod Setup process one more time.
If the Pod Setup results are not as the required, please run Advanced Pod Setup 1 more time.
Replace the pod:
Tap "Replace Pod" and follow the steps:
